The leaves have all fallen off your tree, and you can feel the crisp chill coming in. Before you know, you'll be experiencing record low temperatures and the full force of winter. This is the favorite season for a lot people. Gathering in front of the fire place, or turning on your heater and enjoying your family and friends away from the bitter cold. It's all good until we get the first heating bill of the winter and it costs a lot.
Well, here's one idea to cut up to a third of your heating costs this winter: an electric mattress pad.
Electric mattress pads work a little like electric blankets. However, there is one big difference. An electric blanket should be turned off when you go to sleep. However, an electric mattress pad can be left of at a low temperature for the entire night with you in the bed.
